Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the terms regarding the cancellation, termination, and revocation of subscriptions across Paradise Development applications, platforms, and digital services.

1. Immediate Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All digital subscriptions, packages, points, or access rights purchased via Paradise Development are classified as immediately delivered digital content. Our system does not feature recurring automatic renewals.

• When a user requests subscription or account cancellation, the cancellation takes effect immediately (without waiting for period end) and all access permissions are terminated right away.
• In cases of subscription cancellation or imposition of a usage ban, no refunds (partial or full) will be granted regardless of the remaining time.

2. Terms of Cancellation & Termination

Subscription termination and cancellation procedures are carried out under the following conditions:

• Immediate User Request Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Upon receiving the cancellation request, access is terminated immediately. No refunds are provided.
• Management Discretion & Loyalty Termination: Subscriptions of individuals who violate terms of service, breach duty of loyalty by working on competing platforms, or disrupt community peace will be unilaterally terminated by management immediately without refund.
• Testing Phase, Confidentiality & Leak (NDA) Violation: Subscriptions of users who leak, share, or publish unauthorized software, visual assets, code, documentation, mechanics, or confidential info disclosed during tester recruitment, alpha/beta testing, or special access periods will be permanently terminated immediately without refund.
• Violation & Usage Ban Cancellation: Subscriptions of users violating the App Usage Ban Policy are revoked immediately without notice or refund.
• Fraudulent Dispute / Chargeback: Accounts initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will have their subscriptions terminated immediately and account details blacklisted.

3. Right to Unilateral Agreement Termination

Paradise Development reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate any user\'s subscription and platform access immediately to uphold service standards, business ethics, platform security, and community integrity.
