Account Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data created in the Paradise Steam Library application. In accordance with platform data safety policies, we provide our users with full control over their data.

How Can I Request Account Deletion?

To delete your account and data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.
Clearly state your username and that you wish to have your account deleted in the email content.
Once your request is received, your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

When the account deletion process is completed, the following data is permanently removed from our system:

User profile information (Username, email, password hash).
Game library preferences and settings.
In-app statistics and points.
Device connection history (MAC address, etc.).

Stored Data and Retention Periods

When your account is deleted, no personal data continues to be stored in our system. However, anonymized log records that are required to be kept due to legal obligations (e.g., financial transactions) may be retained for periods in accordance with local legislation.
