Account Deletion Request

This policy applies exclusively to the Paradise Steam Library mobile application. You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. However, please be advised that data strictly necessary for the operation of the application, security logs, or data required to be kept under legal obligations cannot be deleted upon request while the service remains active.

How Can I Request Account Deletion?

To initiate the deletion of your mobile account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  2. Clearly state your username and your explicit request for account deletion in the email.
  3. Once verified, your account and eligible data will be permanently removed within 72 hours.

Data linked to the core functionality of the application, anonymized security identifiers (MAC address, hardware ID used for license verification), and records required by local legislation for financial or legal auditing cannot be deleted or destroyed upon request as long as the service infrastructure is maintained.
