App Usage Ban Policy

This policy defines the terms of account suspension, access restriction, and permanent usage ban applied across all applications, platforms, software, and services provided by Paradise Development.

1. General Principles & Scope of Ban

A user or account subject to a usage ban permanently or temporarily loses all rights to access applications, servers, API services, and platform resources in the Paradise Development ecosystem.

• Banned users cannot log in or access applications or web dashboards under any circumstances.
• The user's device information, IP address, Steam ID... and all associated account data are blacklisted by the system.
• All active subscription periods, earned points, inventory items, and access permissions are immediately revoked and reset.

2. Grounds for Usage Ban

Users committing any of the following violations are subject to an immediate usage ban:

• Reverse Engineering & Tampering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, RAM memory tampering, or using cracked/modified clients.
• System Abuse & Exploitation: Exploiting platform or application bugs/vulnerabilities for unfair gain instead of reporting them.
• Automation & Infrastructure Abuse: Sending automated bot requests, spam, unauthorized traffic (DDoS/Flood), or damaging infrastructure.
• Multi-Account Abuse & Deception: Creating deceptive accounts or proxy networks to circumvent system limits or free trials.
• Testing Phase, Confidentiality & Information Leakage (NDA Violation): Unauthorized leaking, broadcasting, screenshotting/screen recording, or sharing with third parties of any software, test builds, media, source code, architecture, unreleased features, or confidential info accessed during tester recruitment or alpha/beta testing phases.
• Breach of Loyalty, Trust & Fair Competition: Former or current staff, testers, partners, or users who breach duty of loyalty, share internal confidentiality, work for competing platforms, or damage company reputation are subject to immediate unilateral ban at management discretion.
• Chargeback & Payment Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or unauthorized payment transactions.
• Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, defaming, or defrauding staff, developers, or community members.

3. Unilateral Termination & Management Discretion

Paradise Development reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate access and impose permanent bans without prior notice or refund to protect service quality, platform security, community integrity, and commercial reputation.

4. Appeals & Contact

Users who believe a ban was issued in error may submit a detailed appeal via official support channels (Discord or [email protected]). Review of any appeal remains strictly at management discretion.
