Your personal data is collected through entirely automated methods (registration forms, API requests, and system logs) via our application and website. This data is processed based on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" under Article 5/2 (c) of Law No. 6698 and "legitimate interests of the data controller" under Article 5/2 (f).

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary for the performance of our services and as long as our system remains operational. Your data may continue to be stored for the periods determined by legal statutes of limitations in cases where legal obligations require it or where we have a legitimate interest.

6. Transfer of Personal Data and International Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations. However, since the server (hosting) infrastructure used to provide our services is based abroad (Hetzner Online GmbH), processed data is transferred abroad within the framework of technical requirements. This transfer is carried out solely for the purpose of uninterrupted and secure performance of the service.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:

• To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

8. Amendments to the Disclosure Text

Paradise Development reserves the right to make changes to this disclosure text at any time in line with changes in legislation or new data processing procedures. The updated text will gain validity from the moment it is published on our website or within our application.
