Most Paradise Development products and services are digital. Digital products, subscriptions, credits, or service access are not refundable after they have been activated, delivered, or used.
A refund may be considered if a payment was made by mistake, the purchased service was not delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or a technical issue caused the product to be unusable and could not be resolved by support.
Refunds are not provided for activated digital products, active or used subscriptions, completed digital delivery, consumed credits, violations of our Terms of Service, account bans, chargeback abuse, or purchases made without reviewing the product description.
If a subscription is offered, cancellation stops future renewals. Once a subscription has been activated, the active billing period is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
